Who we are

Flowtide Systems is a trading name of Samuel Stich, based in the UK. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us about this policy or your information at [email protected].

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form:

  • your first name, phone number and email address
  • your trade, roughly how many enquiries you get a month, and your biggest problem with enquiries
  • whether you've agreed to receive marketing emails

We also keep a record of our calls, texts and emails with you.

How we use it

  • To arrange and run your demo. We'll call or text you on the number you give us to find a time, and send you confirmations. We do this because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
  • To send you marketing emails, but only if you tick the box on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our website, store enquiries, and send calls, texts and emails. They only handle your information on our instructions. Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on legal safeguards approved for UK data protection, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we keep your enquiry details for up to 12 months after we were last in touch, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together and as required for our records after that.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct or delete it
  • object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
  • withdraw your consent to marketing at any time

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month.

Cookies

Our website platform uses cookies needed for the site and forms to work, and to record which page an enquiry came from. We don't use advertising cookies.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
